Changed your mind?

Every VintageVibe Shirts tee is printed to order just for you. You still have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email us at riawright428@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We'll reply with the return address. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them. You pay the cost of returning an item if you've changed your mind, so we recommend a tracked service.

We'll refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return, using your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item?

If your tee arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery costs. You won't need to pay to return a faulty item.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Made to order

Every tee is printed when you order it, which means less waste and no piles of unsold stock. Printing usually takes 2 to 5 working days.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery times

Once your order is dispatched, UK delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days. You'll get an email with tracking details when your order is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates. Busy periods, such as the run-up to Christmas, can take a little longer.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout before you pay.

Orders with more than one item

Items in the same order may be printed in different places and arrive in separate parcels.

Something wrong?

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, or arrives damaged, email riawright428@hotmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Ordering

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract between us is formed when we send a second email confirming your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there's an obvious pricing error. If so, we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Our products

Our tees are printed to order. We do our best to show colours accurately, but the colour of a printed tee may vary slightly from how it looks on your screen. Sizes are approximate; please check the size guide on each product page.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Your right to cancel, and what happens if an item is faulty, are covered by our Refund Policy.

Our designs

All designs on this website belong to VintageVibe Shirts. You may not copy or reproduce them for commercial use without our written permission.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this website when you placed it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
